The Team
William Forrest - Director
Is our most experienced member of the team with over 40 years experience in the property industry, predominantly as Land Director for a London based Property Company.
Bill, to his friends, brings with him a great entrepreneurial flair and has a real passion for "making things happen".
When not at work he is a family man, often plays competitive tennis and more recently experiencing the joy of becoming a grandfather.
Peter Bentley - Director
Starting his career in estate agency over 35 years ago, Peter has worked predominantly in Surrey and S.W London, which included running his own Estate Agency for 5 years. His career evolved into land development, and he enjoys the challenge of land assemblies, land acquisition and dealing with all planning matters.
Peter can often be found tinkering and enjoying his passion of classic cars when not at work.
Matthew Forrest - Land Manager
Is our newest member of the team and deals with locations to the South of the M3. Matt lives in West Sussex, has an excellent knowledge of the area and has a keen young eye for spotting new development opportunites.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys keeping fit and active, and has a great interest in Film, SFX Makeup & Prosthetics.
