The vendor had an ongoing application in planning for 5 additional dwellings, Land Solutions gained permission to offer the site subject to planning to a handful of trusted clients. The site was successfully purchased by Forays Homes, that Land Solutions has had a 30 year + excellent working relationship with. Forays Homes built out the site and Jacobs Property Services in conjunction with New Homes Solutions sold the new homes. (3 of the 5 houses were sold off plan, prior to building being completed)
