Land Solutions identified the potential for development on a semi-detached house in Goldsworth Park, Woking with a medium-sized side garden plot. We negotiated with the vendor an option agreement to purchase their side garden subject to achieving planning permission for a two bed detached house after the demolition of the conservatory.
Full planning permission was achieved with Woking Borough Council in a 9-month period. The site was sold to Canbury Homes, a trusted developer well known to Land Solutions, who then built the two-bedroom quality detached house.
