Formerly the Kings Arms public house, planning consent had been applied for a 21 luxury apartments scheme The site is located within close proximity of Epson town centre.

Land Solutions were instructed to find a purchaser for this site prior to the planning consent being granted. We selected four potential developers that has a specific need for a soon to be consented scheme and a conditional sale was agreed with Shanly Homes. Once planning was granted the sale became unconditional and the site was successfully built out in 2020.
