Land Solutions were instructed to find a buyer for a consented site for 5 residential properties, located to the rear of a car park off Frimley High Street. The consent was changed to a commercial site, to provide 6 B1A office starter units with associated parking.

Land solutions introduced the vendor to Forays Homes and after multiple meetings a joint venture agreement was created between Heritable Trust Investment Compant Limited and Forays. It was agreed the developer would submit a new planning application to create a commercial development from the original shrubland that had a previous residentual consent.
