The recent history of the site has seen it being taken out of the Greenbelt and it now falls within the revised settlement/local plan boundary.

A planning application for 9 residential units has been refused by Buckinghamshire Council – Wycombe Area. Details of the application and its subsequent dismissed Appeal are available upon request. With this planning history it seems to set a principle for a less dense smaller revised scheme for the future.

However the owners have instructed Land Solutions to seek unconditional offers for the freehold of this site, a deadline for bids has been set for the 7^th February 2022.
